Payment Policy and Terms

1. Booking and Payment

1.1. A deposit of 50% of the total tour cost is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the tour departure date.

1.2. For bookings made less than 30 days before the departure date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

1.3. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other agreed-upon payment methods. Any bank charges or transaction fees shall be borne by the client.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

2.1. Cancellations made more than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus an administrative fee of 10% of the total tour cost.

2.2. Cancellations made 30 to 59 days before departure: 50% of the tour cost will be refunded.

2.3. Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure: No refund will be provided.

2.4. No refunds will be issued for missed departures, unused services, or no-shows.

3. Changes and Modifications

3.1. Clients may request to modify their booking up to 30 days before departure, subject to availability and any additional costs.

3.2. If modifications result in a higher tour cost, the client must cover the difference.

3.3. Any modifications requested less than 30 days before departure will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, subject to cancellation fees.

4. Travel Insurance

4.1. Clients are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and loss or damage of personal belongings.

5. Payment Security and Disputes

5.1. All payments are securely processed. East Africa Safari Tours Inc. is not responsible for losses due to fraudulent transactions initiated by the client.

5.2. In case of disputes regarding payments, clients must notify us within 7 days of the transaction.

5.3. Chargebacks and disputes without prior communication will be considered a breach of contract and may result in legal action.

6. Force Majeure

6.1. East Africa Safari Tours Inc. is not liable for cancellations or modifications due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or civil unrest.

6.2. In such cases, we will offer rescheduling options or partial refunds at our discretion.

7. Acceptance of Terms

7.1. By making a payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to these payment terms and conditions.
