4 Days Rwanda Gorilla & Golden Monkey Trekking Adventure

Day 1: Arrival in Kigali

Upon arrival at Kigali airport, you meet your safari driver guide, who will brief you shortly and later transfer you to the booked accommodation in Kigali at Radisson Blue (Mid – range) or Kigali Marriott Hotel (Luxury)

Day 2: Kigali to Volcanoes NP (Travel time: 3hrs)

Have breakfast at your hotel, checkout and visit Kigali genocide memorial and brief city tour, later drive to Musanze, where you will have a wonderful afternoon, relaxing at your lodge. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge at Sabyinyo Silverback Lodge (Mid – range) or Singita Kwitonda Resort (Luxury)

Day 3: Gorilla Trekking

Early morning cup of coffee, then prepare for the gorilla trekking briefing from the park headquarters and thereafter, you will be briefed before you enter the jungle with your packed lunch to search for the shy mountain gorillas and enjoy their lifestyle in their real home. After meeting the gorillas, you can sit around these great apes for a whole hour watching their social life as you take pictures. The gorilla tracking experience takes half or whole day depending on the movements of these primates. After this gorilla tracking experience, you will return to your lodge for lunch. After lunch, spend the afternoon at leisure. You may head for a town walk around Musanze town. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge at Sabyinyo Silverback Lodge (Mid – range) or Singita Kwitonda Resort (Luxury)

Day 4: Golden Monkey trekking & transfer to Kigali

Today after your warm early morning breakfast, you will be picked by our safari driver guide who will transfer you to the park headquarters for briefing and start off your day golden monkey trekking. Just like the gorilla trekking experience, the same applies to golden monkey trekking though not so hectic like gorilla trekking. You will later return for lunch. After lunch, you will drive back to Kigali, dropped at the hotel or airport.
