Communication was clear and booking was easy. Our guide was knowledgeable, reliable, and especially patient with our young children, he was really cool and made the trip fun for all of us. The vehicle was comfortable, and he even helped us find great-value hotels. We highly recommend them for a smooth, family-friendly adventure.

"Anna was great and helped me make my dream come true" Anna was very helpful and even though everything was at the very last moment she understood my situation and did the maximum to make my dream to see gorillas in Volcano park come true. She answered all my questions and reassured me that it is absolutely ok to travel on my own. My guide was very nice, helped with everything. He collected me in Kigali, drove me there and on the way back we stopped at the Campus of the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund. Permit to see gorillas is expensive but it is an unforgettable experience. I cannot recommend Anna more highly.

"We enjoyed our tour with East Africa Safari Tours." We were a bit hesitant booking this tour, but were set at ease with the clear communication from Anna regarding our tour. Our guide, Sam, arrived early and we were on our way from Kigali to Volcano's National Park. Sam was an excellent driver and tour guide. He and Anna helped us with an oversight on our part when checking in for our tour. We loved our Golden Monkey tour through East Africa Safari Tours and only wished we had more time to book other excursions.
